Our “Opportunity to Buy” program allows you rent a home from us while saving up for a down payment to possibly buy the home in a year or so. Less than perfect credit is ok.

We sell houses using owner financing so you can avoid the hassle of dealing with banks. Your steady job and good rental history are keys to your new home!
